The 2014 Havana Club Grand Prix Cocktail Contest Winner Drink of the Year. Inventor Andy Loudon skilfully tickles the woody notes of Havana Club 3 Años with sherry, anise and clove.
MAKE IT
Havana Club 3 Años
- 40 ml
Fino Sherry
- 15 ml
Pastis
- 20 ml
Lime
- 1/2
Sugar Syrup
- 10 ml
Cloves
- 4
Ice cubes
- Many
Lightly crush the cloves in a cocktail shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, squeeze the lime over it and top up with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Strain twice, pour into a cocktail bowl and … salud!
