RASPBERRY MOJITO COCKTAIL

A fruity twist on our authentic cuban classic! The Mojito lends itself to creativity and colour. Keep it fresh and seasonal by adding a handful of raspberries to the mix.
MAKE IT
Teaspoons White Sugar
- 2
Fresh Lime juice
- 25 ml
Sprigs of Mint
- 2
Fresh Raspberries
- 4
Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
- 50 ml
Ice Cubes
- 3
with Sparkling Water
- Top up
Mix the sugar and fresh lime juice with a spoon in your glass.
Muddle the mint sprigs and raspberries in the sugar and lime mixture.
Add the rum and ice cubes, then mix again. Top up the glass with a splash sparkling water.
Garnish with a mint sprig and…salud!
