Refine the real Cuban mojito with an unexpected highlight: aromatic basil.
MAKE IT
Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
- 50 ml
Mineral Sparkling Water
- 90 ml
White cane sugar
- 2 Teaspoon
Lime
- 1/2
Basil leaves
- 5
Sprigs of fresh mint
- 2
Ice Cubes
- Many
Pour the cane sugar into the glass and add the squeezed lime juice. Stir with a spoon.
Add fresh mint and basil leaves. Lightly press all ingredients.
Add Havana Club Añejo 3 Años and ice cubes, top up with mineral sparkling water.
